Returns & Refunds

I stand behind my work. If you're not happy, let's make it right.

30-Day Bug-Free Guarantee

If any bugs appear in the delivered work within 30 days of project completion, I'll fix them free of charge. No questions asked, no finger-pointing, no awkward conversations about whose fault it is.

What's Covered

  • Bugs and defects in the delivered code
  • Functionality issues that don't match the agreed scope
  • Performance problems caused by the delivered work
  • Compatibility issues with specified browsers/devices

What's Not Covered

  • Scope changes or new feature requests (that's a new project)
  • Third-party issues - apps, APIs, or services I didn't build
  • Changes made by others after delivery
  • Force majeure - if Shopify breaks something on their end
  • Your decisions to ignore my advice (I'll document these)

Full Project Refunds

Full refunds are rare because I work closely with clients throughout projects. However, if something goes seriously wrong:

  • If I can't deliver what was promised before I start working, you get a full refund
  • If we mutually agree to cancel mid-project, you pay only for completed work
  • If you just don't like my face, no refund - but I respect your honesty

How to Request a Fix

  1. Document the issue - Screenshots, screen recordings, steps to reproduce
  2. Send an email - I'll respond within 24 hours
  3. I'll fix it - Usually within 48-72 hours for bugs

Satisfaction Beyond 30 Days

After 30 days, bug fixes are handled through our support packages or quoted separately. But I have a reputation to maintain, so I'm always reasonable about edge cases.

Can I Get My Money Back If I Change My Mind?

Unlike that gym membership you're still paying for, services are non-refundable once work has begun. That said, I've never had a client ask for a refund - because I don't start projects unless I'm confident we'll both be happy with the outcome.

Questions about the guarantee? Just ask. I'd rather have a conversation than hide behind fine print.
